Does Drum Authority Ship Internationally?: Our current policy limits shipping to United States addresses only. This policy is based on agreements with several of our major suppliers including Paiste.

Can I Create A Wish List At DRUMAUTHORITY.COM?: Yes, just select Add To My Wish List option by an item.
Is The Information I Provide Secure?: Yes, Drum Authority uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when data is exchanged between you and Drum Authority. This is currently the industry standard and while no one can provide a 100% guarantee this method has proven reliable.
Do You Accept Money Orders Or Checks As Alternate Payment?: Yes, although we do not accept alternate payments online, we will accept a cashier check or money order for the full amount of your purchase when ordering by phone. All orders paid by cashier check or money order will ship only after payment has cleared the bank. We do not accept COD orders, personal checks or cash.
Can I Ship My Order To An Address Other Than The One On My Credit Card Billing Statement?: In most cases, yes. Verification from issuing bank will be obtained prior to shipping the order. This policy protects all parties from unauthorized card use. However, Drum Authority reserves the right to refuse any order.
